I didn’t want to hire an investigator, but I had to and I am glad I chose CSI. They were upfront with what they can/cannot do and provided accurate estimates of the costs involved. Their estimates were spot on, they didn’t charge me for things just because it was some standard package and they didn’t charge me to get information I already had. I don’t want to hire another investigator in the future, but if I have to, CSI will be my first stop.

I recently used this company during my pending divorce case. The investigator was professional and thorough. He provided a complete written report with times and included a DVD with all footage. I was very happy with the results. There was an option to use vehicle tracking devices as well, but I did not actually use that service. His schedule was very flexible as long as I gave him enough notice, which was nice. He kept in contact during the surveillance, which is very important during that stressful time. He got the “goods” and was able to provide exactly what I needed as insurance in case my PSA fell through. The hourly rate was better than the other companies I looked into and the office was closer, which was an added bonus. I completely recommend!
